Initial justification is being made free from sin by water baptism, one can fall out of the just state by falling into heresy or other grave sins after baptism. Christ's call to conversion means cooperating with actual grace so you can reach a state of justification through ... believing the Catholic Sources of Dogma and then ... followed by the sanctifying grace water baptism (so there are two different types of grace ... sanctifying and actual). The heresy that the call to conversion means that "man should believe in himself" violates the below and other Canons:
