Note: Being incredulous in the face of miracles is ... associated with being rebellious.

"He appeared to the eleven as they were at table: and He upbraided them with their incredulity and hardness of heart, because they did not believe them who had seen Him after He was risen again."

Note: Being incredulous in the face of miracles is ... associated with hardness of heart ... for which Jesus rebuked the apostles.

Note 2: The Catholic God asked Moses ... to speak to a rock and ask for water (Numbers 20:8). But then Moses struck the rock with his rod which brought forth water ... called the "waters of contradiction" because Moses contradicted God's instruction.

Note 1: Lot, his wife and two daughters were instructed to flee Sodom in Genesis 19:17 ... before the Catholic God rained fire onto the area for their abominable sinfulness. They were instructed to not look back ... upon the destructive firestorm.

Note 2: Lot's wife (unnamed in the Bible) ... being incredulous at this miraculous event ... looked back and the Catholic God turned her into a pillar of salt.
